I belong on-line only at WW now. If you can trust that you'll be accountable with your true weight, that's good. Otherwise - find someone to weight in front of that you totally trust. My sister comes over on Saturday mornings now and we weigh in in front of each other. It's a good motivator! We should start at Diarylanders at WW thread on their website. There's quite alot of us who belong!

Every time I've been to Weight Watchers, the motivation for me was not the weigh-in, but the meeting. I had an awesome leader, and I'd get so pumped up by the end of the half-hour. On the other hand, I'm not exactly a success story. Ya know, you can set up meetings before or after work at your office if you can get enough people to join.

I know you...and you're like me...you need to go to the meetings! Aren't there any deals like 10 weeks for $90 or something?

I did WW online. I liked it a lot, but the problem I found was after about a week, I missed getting online once, and then twice, and then forgot to get online. I should have gone to the meetings. I feel like I wasted the money. It was cheaper, but I didn't have the accountability. Plus, it didn't help that my DH sort of sabotaged me. He would bring me home McDonalds all the time. It would make me very angry. "I am on WW, and you are bringing me double cheeseburgers!" He would "forget" all the time that I was on WW. A few days of that and WW goes out the window.
