I was completely shocked that Simon complimented Scooter Girl on her sense of humor. Also, how about that guy who said he was just like Clay? Um, yeah. And I don't even like Clay!

I hope Scooter Girl will provide some laughs in the next round. I will always fondly remember Scat Girl. :)

Hey Amy, Just thought I'd drop a quick line to say that eventually you get to where you don't notice the aftertaste. I know for me I had to drink nothing but water for about a month so my taste buds would be past remembering what a real mountain dew tasted like. Now I can't stand a real soda. Do they sell Diet Rite up there? It's diet RC Cola. It is made with Splenda and it's so sweet that I can't drink it, taste too much like a real coke, my hubby on the other hand loves it. Just thought I'd encourage you that in time it does get better, it just takes some adjusting.

Hey!! My first ever response to you is I agree with Robin!! Also Blue Bunny has a really good yogurt with Splenda that is good. They came out with a lo-fat one that I tried but it's not as good so I'd opt for the "regular" Splenda one. You are "re-educating" your taste buds after a life-time of sugar. I used to drink only sugar soda and now I can't stand it as it's too syrup-y and sweet. You'll do good...I know you can do it!!!

Robin and Mom are right - you do get to a point where you honestly don't taste the aftertaste. I was addicted to regular Coke for 15 years and thought I'd never get used to Diet Coke, but now I honestly can't taste an aftertaste and sometimes make my husband taste what I'm drinking to make sure it's Diet.
