Do you have a recipe for the crockpot meatballs? Sounds great!

My solutions to both problems involve prescription narcotics...hehehe. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I usually do what you do, as far as clearing my mind of anything but counting or something. Hope you sleep and feel better soon, I know how frustrating that can be!!

Gael...yes I do...buy Simeks frozen meatballs or comparible brand. Pour jar of Hunt's no sugar added speghetti sauce into crockpot, add meatballs, turn on and walk away. Hee. Once heated, place desired number of meatballs on desired bread product, add cheese and eat. Yum! Also, I use my mini crock because it's just me and Supe and the mini makes enough for us for one meal as well as leftovers for lunch.

Hi there! For sleeplessness--LAVENDER, hands down. Fresh, if possible, sewn into a little sachet. If not possible, then lavender oil from the health food store. For headache, pure JAPANESE PEPPERMINT OIL (again, from the health food store). Lean back, close your eyes, and inhale it from the bottle. Visualize how the etheral oil condenses the headache into a tiny ball and then visualize pushing that ball out of your skull. Sounds weird, but helps me every time. Cheers!

Tylenol PM has the same sleep-inducing ingredient in it as Benadryl, but Benadryl doesn't have the ibuprofen in it, so if you're feeling okay but just can't sleep, Benadryl (or a generic type) is your best bet. Headaches: It depends on what I have been taking. My body assimilates itself to non-prescription meds really easily, so if I've been taking Tylenol and it's not working, I switch to Aleve, if Aleve hasn't been working I switch to Advil, and so on. Also, the headache might be allergy-related even if you don't feel sniffly. For that, I swear on Advil Cold and Sinus, even though it's not obviously marketed for allergies. Good luck!

Ah, I wondered if you meant Simek's! But I don't consider that "making meatballs," I consider that "heating up" meatballs! Still, they're pretty darn good. No Simek's in Seattle, but the grocery stores do have other frozen meatball brands.

If you need to get to sleep, use Excedrine PM because it has more medicine than Tylenol PM's. I totally forgot about Simek's! YUMMY!!! We dont' have them here in Ohio. :( As for getting rid of the headache, 2 Aleve is my "cousin".
