I do believe that The Biggest Loser weigh-in isn't for real. I mean, really, even if the big black guy on the blue team was building up muscle - he still had to have more of a loss than the scales showed. Seriously. I mean, c'mon. That big guy isn't eating half of the food that he used to. He couldn't have built up that much muscle in one week to stop his fat from dropping. Bogus! I claim!

Many people on that show I don't think have ever lost weight before or understand the mechanics of it. I think it's terrible that a network would exploit people for ratings, and I think it's doubly terrible that those people would actually sign up for this. With that being said -- any time I diet, my first week of dieting is large amount of loss. And then the next week it's much less. The first week is always water. Always always water. Then your body adjusts. You know that from your experience. How's that coming by the way? You still losing? Keep at it:)

It amazes me what they will put on tv these days. I don't watch much tv due to my job, but it is crazy what they put on anymore. It seems to me that people have to watch these "reality" shows because they can't stand their own reality. Plus, everyone is out for a way to get rich quick or instant "beauty". Bah!
