Dude, I'm really sorry to hear about your money troubles. It makes me want to win the lottery just so I could hook you up.

I can help you with the archives, though. Go to "Archive older entries," on the right side on your main D-land members page. You can add new archive pages by clicking on the "add archive page" button (I would organize them by month), and then just click the button next to each entry which archive folder you want that entry to go in. So now, instead of all your entries being in "older.html," they'll be in "older1.html," "older2.html," "older3.html," etc. Now you just have to link to them, by doing the regular a href="older2.html" July /a (with the brackets, of course. Any questions, just ask.

have you tried contacting civic groups like the lions, the elks, or whatever you have there? they do things for people who run into hard times. i know its hard to ask, but they might just be able to help you out...... hugs, and take care.

Congratulations once again on your weight loss and getting into the more "fun" sizes! As for the banking mistakes...have you considered doing your checkbook on your computer?? The program is really nice as it subtracts and your mistakes will become a thing of the past. You can also compare your bank statement with it each month.

Well,I've been reading you here and there for about 9 months now and I don't think I've ever commented. But, today's entry just could not go uncommented on. I COMPLETELY understand your money trauma and woes. I felt like I could have written that entry. I too hate money and the stress that it puts on us all the time. We're not having Christmas between the two of us, there is simply no money. But, that's ok, because presents mean nothing anyway. But, I digress... I'm sorry that things are so so tight and difficult. I'll keep my fingers crossed that better times are in your future. But I must say, I marvel at your upbeat attitude most of the time, and at your utmost love and devotion to your husband. I come away from reading your posts with a desire to better my own outlook on life. Thanks for your posts.

Oh Ally...you said what makes me come back time and again to this post. Amy is always so upbeat and positive...or most of the time. I love her spirit! As for money problems, we all have been there I think. If we say we haven't then we either are lying OR we have other issues we struggle with. Christmas isn't about presents (though they are nice) but a far greater gift that was made available for ALL of us to receive. Blessings to you all~~and to Amy and her husband as well.
