Don't know if this will work...but with the breathing thing take a deep breath and concentrate on it going in. Concentrate on it going way down within you to your belly button...then slowly release it concentrating on it leaving your body. Repeat it for several times! Maybe even closing your eyes and thinking just on the breath going in and out. Take your mind off the fact that you havning trouble...breath in through your nose and release it through your mouth but slowly. Hope this helps! If it does...you will feel relaxed and mellow.

a peeps maker???? ohhhhh tell me where she found that, pleasseeeeeee! and sunny is right, try to concentrate ONLY on deep breathing, visualizing it, and your trouble should go away quickly
