lol well, when it starts to smell, you can always say, man, what died in here?? like it wasnt you hahahha and as to people not liking you? theres a saying, you cant please everyone. i really dont care if a particular person doesnt like me, as long as I like me. and i dont really fit in with the other people at work either.....

When people don't like you, it doesn't always have anything to do with you. It's just bad chemistry. It might have nothing to do with who you are but everything to do with their perception of who they think you are. And their perception has everything to do with where they've came from. Does this make sense?! Well, even if it doesn't - I like you and that's all that should matter to you seeing as how I am the center of the universe!

Just thought your entry today on gas was hilarious! It just reminded me of my husband. He has naturally bad, smelly gas and he's never had the surgery! HAHA! Also, I don't fit in with my co-workers either. They are all related so the ALL go out to lunch together and leave me in the office by myself. I kind of like it they don't include me because sometimes they fight and talk bad about each other.

I LOVE IT when you let loose (so to speak) with stuff like this. You always seem so proper to me, and since I spend quite a bit of my time talking about my gas and the gas of others, you can see why I laughed out loud at your entry. As far as people not liking you... You need to start being more concerned about whether or not YOU like THEM. There is a girl at work that I don't have a whole lot of interaction with, but when I do, it's very apparent that her opinion of me is pretty low. All you can do is shrug it off, though, because you (and we) know how totally awesome you are, so it's really the other people missing out, not you.

I can't imagine any gas worse than what that sugar free, carb free candy and sweetner does to you. Gah! When I first found the sugar free stuff, I thought I'd died and went to heaven then I tried it. I farted all day at work. One of the truck drivers came into the office and yelled out "How come it smells like fish in here?" I guess I polluted the whole office. Being a dirty place though with truck drivers coming in and out, I guess they didn't know it was me.

I wonder if acidophilus would help the flatulance problem? As for thinking people don't like you...it may not even be occuring to them that they are leaving you out. What are the ages of the people in your office?? Are they older, younger, a mix?? What is their status...married w/kids, married w/o kinds, single?? Maybe sometime when they are all together just be forthright and ask them if you can join them...ie. if they are having lunch together. OR...maybe it's best to leave the office at the office. I've worked in plenty of places where I wasn't included and I decided that was fine as perhaps their lfe-styles were not like mine. There is also the adage that you can't be the friend of everyone...though you might want to be. I llike what Sandy had to say here!
