Whew! What a bit of luck you were able to call on your SIL like that! Glad to hear things turned out well, but that sure is rough about having to scrape up 330 clams for a fuel pump. Anyway, go surgery, GO! Yay!

Hi. I am SOOOO glad that you are ok and were able to call for help. Once, when I was on my way from Mpls to Ohio, my car's engine blew up in WI at the Petro Pantry just West of entering the Madison area (I am sure that you know where that is..lol). It was not fun. My dad had to drive all the way up from Ohio to help me. They had to put a new engine in my car while I went home for Thanksgiving break. Thank God for families! You will be done with and recovering nicely from the surgery in no time. Just talked to another friend who had the surgery, (not too sure which one they had) but they eat normal food and are able to eat and drink...just don't feel hungry is all. She said she has to remember to eat because she is never hungry, but she doesn't have any trouble eating or drinking. She said that once you heal, you can eat and drink just not in large quantities. She has lost over 100 pounds. I hope and pray that Supe gets his new w/c tomorrow. That is pretty sad that the airline did that! Bummer. At least you get 2 free tickets! Woooo Hoooooo!!! TRAVEL TIME for you both!!!! Yay! (come see me...)
