Have you ever considered looking into a condo?? A good starter PLUS no outside upkeep on your part since Supe is unable to do those things. Might be something to think about and pursue!

Gas is 2.50 a gallon here. It's ridiculous. Yeah and the condo idea is a great one.

I was also going to mention the condo. Some of them, like my grandmothers, even include cleaning in their yearly community fee. Who wouldn't love a built in maid?
