I don't know why it didn't occur to me before to tell you this, but if you have a special occasion (vacation, wedding, etc.) and you're on the pill and scheduled to have your period then, you can skip your week of sugar pills and, basically, skip your period. It's apparently as safe as vanilla ice cream, even though for the next couple of months your cycle might be a few days screwy.

have a good time!! and i used to just take an extra 2 or 3, or leave out 2 or 3 to change the date my period came... you can play around with it and not get pregnant....

You tell Bob that I can't flip an egg without breaking the yolk - ever!!! Have a wonderful trip, sorry to hear you have to bring Aunt Flo with you. Thankfully you won't have to buy her a separate seat!

I understand. With Terry, it is not being able to shovel the walk and having to watch me do it. He hates that. Have a wonderful trip. I'll be waiting to hear the stories!

Have a fabulous time...if there are any glitches with the travel take a deep breath and remember that you aren't on a schedule. Just take time to smell the roses!
